Where can I find information about warranty terms of Jaltest products?

How can I buy the Jaltest Diagnostics tool?

In Slovenia the official distributor is DP – Solution System d.o.o. Send us an inquiry through the form or write to info@dpss.si, and we will advise you and prepare an offer.

Can I try the tool before purchasing it?

Yes, ask for a demo. Our sales team will contact you to set up a visit or a video conference.

I do not have a licence, where can I get it?

To renew the licence of your diagnostics tool, please contact us (info@dpss.si). If this is not possible, please write to customerservice@jaltest.com.

Which are the steps to be followed if I want to buy a diagnostics tool?

Can I use Jaltest Diagnostics on my own computer?

Yes, provided that it is a PC with Windows 10 operating system or higher and meets the minimum requirements indicated on jaltest.com.

Can I use Jaltest Diagnostics alongside the OEM tool?

The Jaltest Diagnostics device can be used to execute OEM software through RP1210 and Pass-Thru. Both Jaltest Diagnostics software and any other OEM software can be installed on the same computer; however, it is not recommended to use them simultaneously.
