1. General

The website jaltest.si is operated by DP – Solution System d.o.o., Prešernova cesta 2 a, 6310 Izola (“DPSS”), the official Jaltest distributor for Slovenia. By using the website you agree to these terms.

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents the Jaltest system (diagnostic systems, hardware, additional modules) and allows you to send inquiries. There is no online shop; products and services are ordered on the basis of an offer.

3. Offers and prices

The content of the website is informative and is not a binding offer. Only a written offer from DPSS stating the product, price, delivery time and payment terms is binding. Prices are in euro and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT. Descriptions, technical features and vehicle coverage may change without notice; the current version of the Jaltest software determines the valid coverage.

4. Intellectual property

Jaltest and related trademarks and content of the manufacturer (Cojali, S.L.) belong to their respective owners. Website content must not be copied or published without permission, except as permitted by law.

5. Liability

We prepare the content of the website with care, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete, accurate and error-free. DPSS is not liable for damage resulting from the use of information on this website or from its unavailability. Links to third-party websites are for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content. Consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

6. Personal data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. We try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that is not possible, the competent court in Koper has jurisdiction, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution bodies in accordance with the law.
